White Chili 3

1 ½ lb. ground beef 5 T. cumin 6 lbs. ground venison ½ teas. oregano 3 cloves of garlic ½ teas. cinnamon 2 medium onions 8 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups of water 2 green peppers 4 teas. chopped jalapeño peppers 1 red bell pepper 3 teas. celery salt 1 pint stewed tomatoes 1 teas. onion salt 36 oz. tomato paste 1 teas. cayenne red pepper 2 quarts water 2 dried small chilies 12 oz. beer (optional) 4 T. chili powder
Brown meat, onions, green and red peppers; add water, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer 1 ½ hours longer, Makes a gallon of chili.
